How it works

  1. Step 1

We set it up with you

We start from your website and menu, then sit down with you for ten minutes to fill in the rest: hours, delivery, how you want certain calls handled.

  2. Step 2

    You forward your calls

Your number stays the same. You dial a short code so calls come to us all the time, or only when nobody picks up. One code turns it off.

  3. Step 3

Orders and messages come to you

Orders print in the kitchen or show up on a tablet. Messages and bookings are emailed to you, and everything is in your account.

Shaheer, founder of Dialed

Hi, I'm Shaheer.

I'm from East Brunswick, and I set up every restaurant myself, in person. I sit down with you for about 15 minutes, load your menu, place a test order with you, and show you how to turn it off. If something's not right, you email me, not a call center.

Founding restaurants

The first 10 restaurants in Middlesex County keep their starting price for as long as they stay with us, and I check in with you every week for the first month.

If you miss calls a week, and a new customer is worth $, you could be leaving $1,290 on the table every month.

Assumes about half of missed callers never call back.

Plans

Costs less than a part-time person on the phone.

Plans built around how many calls you get.

Month to month, no contract, and the first 14 days are free. Tell us about your business and we'll send you a simple quote, usually the same day.

Questions people ask

Do I have to change my phone number?+

No. You keep your number and forward calls to Dialed, either all the time or only when you don't pick up. Turning it off takes one dial code.

Will callers know it's an AI?+

Yes. It introduces itself as a virtual assistant. Most callers just want to order or ask a quick question, and anyone who asks for a person gets transferred to you.

What if it doesn't know the answer?+

It doesn't make things up. It takes the caller's name, number and question and emails it to you.

Can callers place orders?+

Yes. Turn on phone ordering and add your menu with prices. Dialed takes the order, reads it back with the total, gives the caller an order number, and sends it to your Orders screen and email right away. Callers pay when they pick up.

Can it book tables and print tickets?+

Yes. You set how many tables it can book in each half hour, and it only books when there's room. Orders and bookings can print on a Star or Epson receipt printer, or show up on a tablet with a sound.

Can it book appointments?+

It takes the request (who, what and when) and sends it to you to confirm. Booking straight into your calendar is coming later.

How long does setup take?+

Usually the same day. We set it up from your website and a short call with you, and you can change what it knows any time.

Do you keep a record of calls?+

You get a written transcript and a short summary of every call in your portal. Call audio is processed by our voice provider to run the call. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What if I go over my minutes?+

It keeps answering. We'll talk to you about moving to a bigger plan. It never just stops picking up.

Is there a contract?+

No. It's month to month and the first 14 days are free. If you cancel, your calls go back to ringing you like before.

Stop missing calls.

Try it free for 14 days. We set everything up with you, and you can turn it off with one code.
